Bug in my food! Ordered from just eat. When I emptied the bag of chips there was what I thought was a really burned snippet of food. The more I looked I found 5 legs and the body of what I think to be a roach. Called restaurant to complain he wanted a picture and when sent he said " it's burned food if it was a mouse the kitchen staff wud have seen it. " Use to like this place but bit by bit started disliking dishes I previously liked, so switching them for other dishes. They have really gone down hill. And now this is the last straw. Terrible customer service reaguarding food goin of in 24 hours HOW DARE YOU TELL A CHEF how to store gone off food! YOUR FOOD WAS OFF or On its last day if serving. I had Chinese 3 days after purchasing.. And just by Your answer SHOULD TELL EVERYBODY YOUR SERVICE & FOOD US DISGUSTING!!! Not Sorry we will replace it.. You bought the food on Monday and then called on Wednesday saying it had gone bad? Can you use a bit of common sense? Why don’t you say that maybe you didn’t store it properly and that’s why it spoiled? Absolutely ridiculous .

this used to be THE SPOT in tottenham, back in the day before they changed owners. first of all, the new older lady who works here is so rude, how can i ask her what’s in a dish and she snaps back with ‘you should know’ - did i make the menu??? now this is the second time the food has made me sick, and this has never been an issue in the past with Pesing. first time was the salt and pepper chips, they used to make fresh chips now they use uncooked McCains. second time i tried a squid dish, you don’t wanna know how it affected me but lets just say possible food poisoning as i have a poorly stomach that isn’t keeping down any food. extremely disappointed, only good thing left is the price and the kind young man who’s been working there during the ownership change. Pesing used to be the best chinese in tottenham, i don’t know anymore. i can’t eat their food without feeling sick anymore. Price per person: £10–20
