We just attended the 2015 Hot Dog Safari on Landsdown St. We only paid $5 a ticket, which was great. We thought this was supposed to be an event that was supposed to be more for kids (or families) with kids activities in addition to food. My husband and I went with our two kids under 4 and our friend and her 2 year old son and his stroller. What it actually was, was the non 21+ version of the food festival that happens in September. There were no kids activities or the mascots that they advertised. Edaville and the Revolution had a booth, but no mascots in sight. The lines were long and when we did get some food, we tried to get out of the way and eat our food on the sidewalk...only to be told we had to keep the sidewalks clear. So, we got back in the street to try to eat. Had I known this was not geared towards families, I would have saved my money. We left after an hour (time it took to get down the street, turn around, and wait in line for Kowloon, Fuddruckers, and Richardson's ice cream lines. We won't be going again :(
