Phase Two is a small, no-frills restaurant that offers cheap and decent food. It's located inside Afroil Fuel station. The two ladies running it were very sweet and friendly. The chips mayayi is HUGE and tasty. The chicken curry wasn't that great but good. A bonus (or minus, depending on people) is that there are many cute cats who keep you company while eating.
