After having visited this establishment for a number of months prior to my leaving, this review would have been a 5 star. However after my return, me and my colleagues re-attended Philpotts to find it has been placed under new management. Upon arrival, we were collard by the new owner who accused me and everyone else of leaving bad reviews, when we hadn't, up until now. After this accusation, and pure rudeness from the new owner, we will no longer be spending our lunch breaks at this establishment. The only thing that is worth eating here, is the soup, as it is 10/10 on the majority of occasions. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
