The service and the staffs are great, but the food used to be better. I am not sure if the chef/owner changed, but it became too salty. Also, they changed cleaning detergent or something, and the table smells like detergent now, lots of chemical smells, which disturbs the foods. I have been to Pho Ann for more than 10 years now, but I may not want to come back again... Very sad. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We take comments about food consistency and dining comfort seriously. Our team has reviewed the seasoning of our soup to help maintain better consistency throughout service. We have also reconsidered the cleaning products used on our tables, as we understand that even a pleasant scent can be too strong or unpleasant for some guests. We are now using a more natural, less noticeable cleaning agent while continuing to maintain proper cleanliness. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. This place has gone down hill. I ordered a bahn mi which is mostly bread. When I asked for hot sauce the lady seemed confused and then charged me 50 cents for one single packet of Sriracha. Not only that but I did not even get napkins. Seems like they skimp in any way possible. I won't be going there again as there are many other pho restaurants that are generous. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
