Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs has become one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese cuisine, and every visit reaffirms why. Despite how busy it often gets, it always feels organized and clean—a testament to the staff’s efficiency. Their beef pho is undoubtedly the highlight, with a broth that’s rich, flavorful, and well-balanced, without being overly salty or heavy. The portion size is generous, and the ingredients—from the tender slices of beef to the fresh herbs and bean sprouts—are always fresh. While their pho is exceptional, I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of their menu. On my recent visit, I tried the hot stone rice bowl topped with a sunny-side-up egg, and it was a delightful mix of crispy rice, fresh vegetables, and savory protein. The iced drinks, especially the lychee mojito and Vietnamese iced coffee, are perfect accompaniments, balancing the hearty dishes with refreshing bursts of flavor.
