We are now in the process of figuring out exactly how something like this could’ve happened and have taken the necessary precautions with our staff and area to not have this happen ever again. As difficult as I know it may be for you to trust us again and pay us a visit again, I ask that you please find it in your heart to accept our apology and if you ever decide; which I can imagine would be difficult; to give us another go and allow us to redeem ourselves.
