La comida es deliciosa y precio justo...se nota el empeño y gusto con el que cocinan...el plato bien presentado y el lugar limpio...una buena opción es pedir para llevar ya que es un lugar pequeño pero vale la pena

The sauces/condiments on the table all had expired dates on them. When I told our server he gave us one from another table that had also expired months ago. The shrimp in the fried rice was not deveined and did not taste fresh at all. The service wasn’t the best. We were not greeted when we entered nor did our server check in with us at all. This was an overpriced unpleasant experience. Unfortunately won’t be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Dey, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had at Pho Now. What you described regarding the expired condiments, food quality, and lack of attentive service is not the standard we want for our guests. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our team will be reviewing the condiments and inventory immediately, as well as addressing the service issues internally to make sure this does not happen again. We’re also very sorry that the fried rice and shrimp did not meet your expectations. We would like the opportunity to make this right. If you’re willing to give us another chance, please contact us or speak with a manager on your next visit, and we will credit your food for you.Thank you for your honest feedback. We hope you’ll allow us another opportunity to provide you with the quality food and service you should have received the first time.
