Bad experience all around. Long wait times despite no other customers, food was heavily salty (my wonton noodles were also heavily seasoned with star anise with the taste lingering heavily in every bite) and everything was just underwhelming for the price. ‘Michelin’ star desert came out on an enormous plate, for a spoon sized portion. We could only laugh at that point Many other things left out but overall would not return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The vegan pho is so good! And the deep dried bean curd is like a savoury croissant. I always get extra as they are so yum dipped in the soup. The Pho serving size is very generous and can shared if you're not super hungry or males a great left overs the next day as the rice noodles absorb more soup flavour. For non-vegans I just tried the Matcha soft serve and it's as good as I got in Japan and only $5.50! My partner got the Maryland freerange chicken pho and raved about that too. I had the most incredible bowl of bun bo hue there this week. Exquisite. They make their noodles from scratch and have all number of options for their meals. They've recently expanded their menu too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in
