This is our first time here at Pho Tan in Poway. Passed it many times and didnt realize it was inside the shopping center. You can always tell a great Pho resturant by the broth of thier soup. This one was excellent! Almost a hint of cinnamon in the broth. We also tried the beef vermicllia which the meat was very flavorfull. We will be back. Nice to see a full color menu on a Ipad to choose and order your meal. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pho Tai Rare Steak Pho, Bun Bo Nuong Grilled Beef Dietary restrictions: Yes they took noodles out and gave me extra onions

The menu selection was good. Easy to order using their tablet. Food was delivered fast. The person who brought out the food did not pressure us to leave once our large group slowly started dispersing.
