Had my daughter’s confirmation there last night. I had hired the function room upstairs. Every step, from the time of booking to the event on the night it was nothing but excellent. Our hosts for the night were Claire and Nina and nothing was a trouble and they were both fantastic all night. I would highly recommend holding a function there. Everyone of our guests complimented on the food for the night as both the entree and mains were cooked perfectly & tasted magnificent. Just want to thank them for making my daughter’s night a success. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $40–60

The Phoenix Hotel Point Cook is truly top shelf. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is second to none. We're blessed to have such a fantastic venue in our local area. Whether you're catching all the live sport in the sports bar or enjoying a family get-together in the restaurant, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We loved the Pheonix and every single meal we had for months was delicious. We tried many of the dishes. We never struggled to pick something on the menu. Unfortunately for us when the menu recently changed we could not find many things we loved. The meals were still great but we missed the nachos, which we only just started to try as our entre. My boyfriend just refuses to come back now and we are local. We probably came weekly or close to each week. I will keep checking the menu to see maybe we can come back in 2024 sometime. The chef is amazing!
