Este restaurante tendría que recomendarse solo por sus atrayentes sushi, sus perfectamente elaboradas dim sum y sus singulares filetes. Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Phoenix 7, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Se dice que aquí los precios son justos. Este hotel restaurante esquinero queda a 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Viena el primer piso es restaurante, y a partir del segundo hacia arriba son las habitaciones la recepción está a la par del restaurante en la planta baja. El parqueo es subterráneo y tienes acceso por escalera o por ascensor a los siguientes pisos. El personal es muy amable, impresiona qué es un negocio familiar atendido por los propios dueños, el menú está en alemán en inglés, la comida es accesible ya sea a la carta o en Buffet, la comida está fresca es muy variada con muy buenos sabores, muchos postres, al final cuando pagas la cuenta te dan un shot de un delicioso Frozen , es un buen detalle, y tienen el plus de el robot de mesero qué le da un toque de tecnología y magia al lugar. El ambiente es agradable con muy buenos espacios. Las habitaciones tienen su televisor, su baño con todas las cosas que necesitas, un mini bar, y tienen un pequeño balcón privado. Hay algunas habitaciones con aire acondicionado y otras no por lo que dependiendo de la época debes solicitarlo. El check-in es rápido y el check out se hace automático. Muy buena opción si quieres venir a comer bien, si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto para tomar un vuelo el día siguiente.

Please reconsider booking a room in this hotel unless you have no other options or have a big discount. And especially don’t eat in the super dirty restaurant below! The room was old and worn out, the key was rusty, and they don’t even check the documents of the guests, which means anybody can just enter freely: raises some safety questions. The beds were clean and nice, but the showerhead in the bathroom was not in good condition, the cabin was dirty and the drain was half clogged. The door of the closet was broken entirely. The TV remote was filthily sticky. The kettle was full of scale, no cups provided unless you come down and ask for them. The dirty dishes were just sitting in the corridor for two days. The restaurant part was the worst when we tried to have breakfast in the morning. Everything screams future food poisoning. All dishes and utensils were painfully dirty. Floors sticky, bread crumbs on all of the couches, which were also covered in food stains. The kitchen staff walked around in random dirty clothes, cleaning everything with a dirty old piece of cloth. The same cloths were used for the tables and even for the pan in which the pancakes were fried for the breakfast. The bread was old and hard, and the coffee was one of the worst. According to the reception lady (who was really sweet, though), the raw fish was already laying prepared in the canteen “for the evening”, which means the food you will consume for the dinner lays there all day. We barely ate, cleaning utensils ourselves and using napkins to cover the plates. I had nausea after, just from sheer disgust from the dirt. Nobody was there to check you out or say bye — most of the staff is unfriendly and doesn’t care if you’re there or not. This lack of care is evident everywhere in this establishment which tries to pose as luxurious. Service: 2
