I visited this place specifically to try the tacos, not for drinks and not on a weekend. It was fairly quiet at the time, and I really liked the interior, colourful, vibrant, and full of character, with a great, positive vibe. A big plus for the live DJ, which added nicely to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the tacos were disappointing. They were quite average and nothing particularly memorable. Although they looked good, they lacked flavour. The portion size didn’t feel justified given the price and overall quality. If Picante presents tacos as a signature dish, which was the impression I got, they should be done much better.
