Everything was very nice. We live in Birmingham and were there visiting family. I can remember eating at Morrison's most Sunday's throughout my childhood. It was very delightful to visit your restaurant. The food was good, but I was disappointed with the cheesecake. It seemed to be rubbery as if it may have been made out of a gelatin. It was for sure not real cheesecake. Other than that, it was good.

If I could give negative stars, I would! I live in Pensacola and we use to have a morrisons/picadillys and it was great so when we seen this one in Mobile we were excited, Not even close here. The food was absoultely terrible. Origianlly I had the baked fish but they didn’t disclose that it has crab meat in it. I paired it with mac, and mashed potatoes. I sent it back because of the crab and the mac was terrible and I was so turned off by this point I never did try the mashed potatoes. The “waitress” and I use this term loosely because she approached us ONCE the entire time we were there .. was terrible, it was a older white lady. After telling her about the first plate she brought me a new plate of chopped steak, salad and white rice. The chopped steak was watery from the watered down gravy and completely flavorless, the salad was just lettuce and ranch.. I was so baffled by it all I couldn’t even eat the salad. The lady never approached the table again after bringing me the chopped steak. So at the end, I request a manager and tell him I didn’t eat the food because it doesn’t taste good, he begins to tell me this dish is his most popular dish and goes on to demand AGAIN to know what I don’t like about it.. um everything! I tell him to go to the table FULL of unwanted food just sitting there and so he did, but just to point out the obviously and be a complete jerk. The dish literally tasted like a child coule’ve made it. At the table he says well I can only take your meal off because clearly somebody ate something and at this point my dish was the ONLY dish I had asked to be taken off despite EVERYTHING outside of the drinks tasting like crap. I told him my 7 year old picked over her plate and he could clearly see that. She ate 2 tenders off the $20 plate, the sides, and the dessert was still on the plate, picked over. She had some chocolate dessert and I had like a red velet cheesecake mix and those looked good but tasted terrible as well and were also left on the plate untouched. The manager was completely unprofessional, instead of arguing with me in a establishment full of customers about my distasteful experience, he should’ve been priortizing bringing out better food and actually having a attentive staff waiting on customers. I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant, if you want better food for about the same price save yourself a bad experience and go to Golden Corrall, they know how to season food, serve it fresh, and treat thier customers right. 0/10 DNR!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Haven't been to Morrison's in a while(several years)moved away. My last experience was great. I was hoping to see one of the managers that made that dinner a night to remember a night that will always bring a smile to my face.Sherrie was her name. The attention she gave to my elderly father made him feel like himself again. He wasn't happy with his meal.Sherrie took his plate with him telling her it wasn't necessary she replaced it sat down and made conversation with him. He smiled laughed & wasn't in a rush to leave had coffee and dessert. Usually he would ask for a doggie bag after 3 or 4 bites. Hadn't seen that side of him since before my mother's passing. He came once a week after that visit and Sherrie always made time for him & if he didn't come in she would call to check up on him.Just wanted to stop by and tell her thank you for making time for a lonely old man and making his day. I won't ever forget the kindness that Sherrie gave when she didn't have too. Hopefully you filled her spot with someone that's just as kind. That kindness made my meal even more delicious. Thank you again Sherrie and Morrison's Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
