I have used pickup services for the last two years, I'm growing very upset with the customer service associated with pickup. The person who brings my order to my home is usually my brother and has reported to me the two white women working morning and around noon have more than once been very rude. While the young man working evening is extremely nice as well as the younger ladies. If these two women can't get along with the customer service they should leave . One more rude encounter will be all I need to go somewhere else with our needs.

Ordered a large amount of cupcakes and cake for a company event. They called me at 7pm the night before the event to cancel the order. The decorator quit earlier in the week. Even if they would have called earlier in the day I could have made other arrangements but they waited until the last minute. So disappointed.

I generally love to shop at Pick 'n Save in Weston. The staff there are really great and actually take their time to talk to me when they see me in the store. It's nice to have a "home based" store that meets 95% of my grocery and basic needs. Love the app and coupons that you clip in the ad for extra savings. Great liquor department as well!!!
