This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I ordered online for delivery through the Pieology website. My order arrived 20 minutes after the promised time. When the order was placed the delivery driver’s contact information was not provided. The order was wrong. I tried calling the restaurant several times with no answer. I tried calling the number listed on the order confirmation as well as the number listed online. So I went to the restaurant explained what happened. I asked the “shift leader” what delivery service they used and he stated that he didn’t know it was through whatever app I chose. I said I ordered through the Pieology website, he then responded with “well I don’t know what to tell you then.” After I stated I wanted a complete refund at this point he stated that he couldn’t provide a refund because I had ordered online and I had just missed the manager I could leave my contact information and the manager would contact me. I pushed back requested that he give me the proper assistance or get someone that could. He then took his cell phone to the back and claimed he had spoken to the manager and for me to just leave my information. I pushed back again so this time he called the manager from the land line and handed me the phone. The manager was rude. He spoke over me and cut me off while I was talking. He didn’t introduce himself so I have no idea who I was speaking with or if it was even really the manager. Had this ridiculous establishment with the lack of customer service answered their phone when I tried calling I may have been more inclined to just getting a store credit for the incorrect items. But this was entirely too much. Also, the number I received for the corporate office is disconnected. I will keep reaching out to Pieology until this resolved
