En lenguaje taurino el término "pega pases" es perfecto para este...lugar. El servicio es pretencioso (te piden que adivines lo que has comido..!?) y aplasta un plato con el de encima; no se deben servir 4 platos con espumas y demás...a la vez.Al sentarte en una barra a medio metro de la cocina disfrutas de las manufacturas y los emplatados; peligroso si la rutina cambia en función de las necesidades y las raciones fluctúan excesivamente.Una gran desilusión!. Si quieren vengan pero mi humilde experiencia....; ahora ha aparecido, no la había, una musiquita "ratonera" que me hubiera impedido la entrada al local.

Un restaurante excelente calidad precio y evolución de la gastronomía francesa. Buen trato a los alimentos y a la presentación. Concepto donde prima la comida por encima de aspavientos, cuberterías y mantelerías. El precio de las Formules son entre 25 y 35 al mediodía. Carta de vinos un poco disparada pero las recomendaciones de la Sommelier fueron muy acertadas y para nada interesadas. Un must hace de París. Eso sí, nada de sobremesa ni salir muy lleno.

I was very disappointed... Having already tried Pierre Sang on Gambey, I made a reservation for a birthday at Pierre Sang in Oberkampf for a large table at 7 p.m. - First of all, the sommelier advised us against pairing food and wine because the wines would be, and I quote, "too generic"!? So we had to choose wines for our table ourselves. - One of the guests who arrived late, because he was stuck in traffic, almost didn't get his meals, we had to insist on keeping his appetizers, starters and main course at the table so that he wouldn't miss half of his meal ! - Barely had time to finish tasting our plates blindly (this is the concept that I really like) which were all in all very good, we were presented with the ingredients dryly and without much detail and cleared away immediately. - The service goes so quickly that they brought us dessert even though we had just started the cheese! Cheese which was accompanied by bread from the day before (the first basket was good but as the meal progressed the quality of the bread deteriorated) - Dessert: an astronomical portion of caramel rice pudding to settle our stomachs before leaving, not good at all and very disgusting. - We were then pushed towards the exit so that the 2nd service could set up... With almost the entire menu paid for the deposit in advance, I expected exceptional service and food.
