The fries were under-fried and still raw on the inside. Also not salted enough. It's a shame, they used to be much better Service: Dine in Price per person: €1–10

The chip shop Piet Friet Kazerneplein in Roermond is right between the designer outlet and the city center on a corner. My wife and I ordered a Frikandel Spezial and a Frikandel XXL via touchscreen, each with fries/ fries special and a drink, and paid with an EC card to get a better overview of the possible orders rather than having to make our selection on the rapidly changing displays. Got a receipt and sat on a bench with mini tables attached and waited and waited and probably would still be waiting if I hadn't checked to see if our order had somehow been forgotten. Which was denied, but due to the activity that only started after the handover of my order receipt, it was clear that this was the case. After another long wait, the food came individually and separately, part by part. The fries are totally oversalted, the Frikandel are very badly baked and dry, the sauces and onions are very poor and you have to pick everything up yourself at the counter. In other words, only the bottled drinks were good, but totally overpriced at over 3 euros per 0.5l. If you are not extremely hungry after shopping in the designer outlet, you should choose another location to eat.
