Super love the horchata every time I come visit. They offer vegan horchata (not in photo) too which is equally as good :) paired it with a chocolate banana cake slice and croissant (not in photo). Love coming to Pink Cup! Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried their Philippine Latte because the staff recommended it as a bestseller, mentioning it had a hint of banana and compared it to Vietnamese coffee. Because of that comparison, I was expecting either a drip-style brew, a strong coffee "kick," or that distinct condensed milk sweetness. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliver on any of those fronts. It probably shouldn't be compared to Vietnamese coffee; branding it simply as a unique Philippine-style coffee would set much better expectations. On the other side, the pasta was okay, though the menu overall feels a bit expensive for what you get. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was walking past Pink Cup Coffee when something immediately caught my eye their setup. The moment I saw the La Marzocco espresso machine and Mahlkönig grinder through the window, I already knew these guys were serious about coffee. You don’t invest in that kind of equipment unless you’re committed to serving the real deal. Inside, you can instantly feel that they practice specialty coffee. Precision, consistency, and intention in every cup. They offer handbrews too, and I really loved their Milalittra; clean, smooth, and full of flavor. But if espresso-based drinks are more your style, you HAVE to try their Philippine Latte, one of their bestsellers. It’s strong like Vietnamese coffee but with a unique, subtle hint of banana. Super memorable. Another thing that stood out: they make their own sauces in-house. No cheap syrups, no shortcuts, just real flavors crafted specifically for their menu. Their baristas also know how to make latte art. Not perfect (which I honestly find charming), but definitely IG-worthy. Plus, they really know how to calibrate espresso, not too bright or maasim, not too bitter just perfectly balanced. I also tried their pastries and wow, they’re delicious. They bake everything in-house, so the flavors are unique and they pair beautifully with their coffee. If you’re someone who appreciates real, well-crafted coffee, I’d definitely recommend this place. Start with a Long Black so you can really taste their Pink Cup Blend, locally sourced, graded as specialty, and full of character. It’s the kind of black coffee you’ll genuinely appreciate from the first sip. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
