Love the Pink Olive, the food is by far the best in the area. The staff are so helpful and friendly, even accommodating crazy food requests like a cheese roti! Thank you so much. I just love the Shezani and my partner always has the Lamb Bhunjon and the meat is so tender which is so rare for lamb these days. Price per person: £30–40

My friend and I travelled from West London to here for her birthday dinner. We ordered Prawn Puree, Lamb Bhunjon and Chicken Balti. I asked the waiter to request my food to be prepared for Asian tastes and he said he would do so. Every dish that was served tasted the same. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he told me that the chef tried. I am in the catering industry and know when a dish is served off the menu and when it has been customised. We ordered around 21:20, so the kitchen was still open. I understand it was close to closing time but we were paying customers. Anyway, we took the remainder of our food away in a 'doggie bag'. A few days later, I took the Chicken Balti out, warmed it up and served myself. As I was eating, I bit on a bone. (This is a dish that is supposed to be boneless.) I called the restaurant to share my experience with Aslam, the 'duty manager', on 30th April 2026. His response was that the restaurant debones the chicken themselves and that there can be pieces of bones in boneless chicken. (Indian restaurants stopped deboning whole chickens long ago.) I explained to him that I could have broken a tooth when biting into a bone while not expecting it. His response was that I had not broken my tooth. No apology for the dishes all tasting the same or the piece of bone being in the chicken, and when I told him he kept telling me to follow the procedure and send an email to Jay, the owner. This sort of shoddy customer services may be acceptable in Weyhill but it's not acceptable in West London. (The washroom could do with a touch-up as well.) Food: 2 Service: 1
