Absolutely brilliant experience! We popped in for a treat and were greeted with big smiles from the lovely staff. They went above and beyond, giving the children colouring sheets and crayons, which kept them completely entertained while us two mums enjoyed a proper, uninterrupted catch-up (a rare luxury!). The ice cream was creamy, full of flavour, and beautifully presented – so many options it was hard to choose! The whole place had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for families. We left with happy kids, full tummies, and big smiles. Can’t wait to come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We recently had our daughter’s 7th birthday party at Pinx, and it was a fantastic experience! The main activity was decorating waffles, and the kids absolutely loved it. The birthday girl and her friends had so much fun choosing from the wide variety of toppings to create their delicious treats. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting the younger children by cutting up their waffles and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The service was attentive and friendly, which made the event run smoothly. While the space was a bit tight for the kids to move around, the restaurant was empty during our party, allowing us to use the entire space comfortably. Overall, Pinx is a wonderful spot for a birthday celebration. The combination of engaging activities, tasty treats, and excellent staff makes it an experience we’d highly recommend.
