Your wait last night was mostly due to the fact that we had illness and the employee who filled in was working his second shift ever — ie - still training. So, there’s that. Otherwise, for the past few years we have done exactly as you described things happening in the UK. But over the past few weeks we have had walkouts, complaints and the like because of long wait times AFTER items were ordered (20-30 minute wait times). Which is our way of saying that as business owners we are resigned to the fact that someone will complain no matter what we do. We appreciate your feedback on our new service model and will take your comments into consideration. As for “way too many options,” our regular customers love the fact they have so many options. Yours is another opinion, but one that we do not hear much at all. Since there is no way to 100% win here, we’ll keep doing what we have always done and which seems to satisfy our regular customers.More
