Si pasas cerca de Bright Library, visita este restaurante. Probar sus atrayentes hamburguesas con cebolla, sus sabrosas costillas de cerdo o sus perfectamente elaborados filetes es, sin duda, una estupenda idea. We walked past Pit Stop Bright a number of nights and it was always busy, which drew us in. The place has a great atmosphere with good music, retro posters, a jukebox, pinball machines and plenty of Americana-style décor. It really feels like a classic American diner and the vibe is fun and lively. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. We ordered two classic American burgers, one with crispy cut chips. The buns were decent, but the patties tasted like cheap supermarket-style burgers — similar to the frozen ones you can buy in bulk from Coles. Both burgers were absolutely flooded with sauce to the point we had to scrape a lot of it off, and even then it was still dripping everywhere. The crispy cut chips were also quite disappointing — bland and lacking seasoning or flavour. Considering the price we paid, the overall quality of the food was a real letdown. The venue looks fantastic and has a great atmosphere, but it just goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
