We were there at about 6 PM on May 30. We were seated right away, but then after getting to our table, waited 20 minutes for a drink order, followed by another 20 minutes for an appetizer order which when it came, the nachos were burnt and cold and boneless wings cold as well. We were planning on ordering dinner, but after the bad service and even worse appetizers, decided to get the check and leave and go elsewhere. Getting the check and cashing out was another 20+ minutes. If you’re going there for the atmosphere, the outdoor patio Is pretty nice, but I would honestly say do not waste your time going there. Meal type: Other Price per person: $80–90 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As a travel enthusiast and a chef myself, I’m genuinely disappointed with how far Pittsford Pub & Grille has fallen. This place once stood out for quality and reasonable prices, but now it seems they’ve completely lost touch with what makes a dining experience worthwhile. Let’s start with the cheeseburger: it’s a study in blandness. There’s no seasoning, no hint of flavor, just plain ground meat with zero marinade or spice. It’s like they threw together a patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese, hoping that would pass as a burger. Honestly, you’d get more flavor at a fast-food drive-thru. Then there was the pumpkin cheesecake—a total letdown. At $12.50 for a slice (and a small one at that), it’s not only overpriced but outright absurd. Being a pumpkin lover, I ordered two slices, one to take to work the next day, and was floored when my bill hit $25. Maybe in NYC you’d find cheesecake at that rate, but here? Absolutely not. For that price, I could’ve bought an entire, high-quality cheesecake. Pittsford Pub & Grille has seriously lost its way. Until they adjust their prices and bring the quality back up to standard, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. What used to be a local gem is now just a pricey disappointment.
