I wanted to leave this review after seeing just how hard the team at Pizza Bite worked last night. The store was absolutely flat out, and despite the huge number of orders coming through, every staff member continued to give it their all. When I called the store, the staff were nothing but kind, respectful, and genuinely apologetic about the wait. You could hear how busy they were, and yes, they sounded stressed and under pressure—but who wouldn't? Instead of giving up or becoming rude, they stayed professional and kept doing everything they could to look after their customers. That deserves recognition, not criticism. People often forget that behind every order are real people working as fast as they possibly can. During an unexpected rush, delays are inevitable, but the way this team handled themselves speaks volumes about their work ethic and the environment Les has created. It's clear that he has built a team of hardworking, caring people who genuinely want to provide the best service they can, even when they're stretched to their limits. To Les and every single staff member who worked last night: you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. You showed resilience, professionalism, and kindness under immense pressure, and that doesn't go unnoticed. It's disappointing to see people leave negative comments over a busy night when the staff were doing everything humanly possible to keep up. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Businesses like Pizza Bite deserve support, especially when their team consistently puts in so much effort for their customers. Keep doing what you're doing—you've earned every bit of respect and appreciation. Five stars, would give 20 if I could, would recommend this pizza to anyone looking for something to drool over. Absolutely amazing food! Always tastes amazing! For a super busy night (saturday 30/5) the girls out the front had a smile on their face and were lovely to talk to, even with some rude customer, they handled themselves very well! Love this place! My brother and I came in on friday night for the first time travelling from tailem bend to adelaide to see some friends, we honestly loved it, we couldn't fault anything, the food, the service, everything was so frigging good!! We cant wait to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
