I made an order with the Pizza Butler restaurant in Groningen 2 hours ago, ordering just two Pizzas through the Uber Eats app. When after 1:30 hours they have not yet delivered the food I contacted them to which they told me that in 15 minutes it will be delivered. 30 minutes later the food has still not reached me and I called again to which I was shouted by the customer service person (a man) that if I wanted good pizza I had to wait after which he ended the call. I am deeply dissatisfied with their poor service and want to discourage anyone to order here for delivery. I don't know how their food tastes since I haven't gotten it, perhaps it's good but I deeply believe they should not be allowed to make deliveries or change their staff that handles customer complaints.
