MUST TRY IF YOU ARE IN RIMINI I went to Pizza Corner after reading some good reviews, but I was blown away by the sheer quality and value for money. Owner/chef was very personable/friendly, and makes the pizzas fresh by hand, and it was quite exciting to see. The atmosphere was limited by the size of the restaurant, but that hardly matters with pizza this good. Oh and the PIZZA! From the gorgeous appearance, with that perfectly browned crust and inviting aroma, to the fact that it’s prepared extremely quickly- and I mean quickly, the chef gets them ready from dough ball to delicious pizza in a matter of minutes. And that’s just the beginning. The moment you bite into it, your tastebuds are tantalized and blessed by that gorgeous pizza. The crust/base is cooked to perfection, it’s somehow both crisp yet also nice and springy, and holds up extremely well. The sauce is divine, and there’s the perfect amount on there, and the same goes for the cheese/toppings- freshly sliced ham, soft and creamy extra cheeses. As for value for money, I honestly believe this man should charge more. For just a few euros you get a full and delectable meal, prepared with speed, precision and passion. Everything about Pizza Corner is great. Of the places I visited during my trip to Rimini, I believe Pizza Corner to have some of, if not the best pizza in Rimini. If you’re visiting, or live here, you MUST, MUST drop by Pizza Corner, and your tastebuds will thank you. Tl;dr: it’s fantastic.
