Me and my son absolutely love it here! Honestly the customer service from Zim made all the difference. Dining out with an autistic child can be tough but with the right environment it makes all the difference. Thank you :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £40–50

The food was good; however, we went there to celebrate a special occasion and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The waitresses were rude, the service was extremely slow, and it was clear that some tables received much better treatment than others. The quality of service felt selective depending on who they were serving, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolute shambles. Monday night and the entire restaurant was run by one exhausted waitress and one chef. The waitress was run into the ground doing everything herself — and to be clear, this is not her fault. The blonde manager was completely incompetent and could also learn some basic friendliness and communication. Zero warmth, zero engagement. I even asked her to clear the table - she took only the olive plate and left the finished plates and glasses behind. Unbelievable. That's not busy, that's lazy. Expecting one chef and one waitress to cover a full service is ridiculous and disrespectful to both staff and customers. The food itself isn't bad, but it arrived very late, which is no surprise given the staffing situation. On top of that, the salad leaves were old. Food is already overpriced, yet corners are cut on staffing and service. The staff aren't the problem. Management is. The fish rots from the head. Sort it out.
