Unbelievable! Ordered an insanely expensive delivery for a celebration, the CHILDRENS meal was not put in the bag, called back and was told it would be delivered in 15 minutes, an hour later it’s still not here, absolutely not ok! Now not answering the phone Service: 1

I had a really lovely experience at PizzaExpress, made even better by the excellent service from Rosario. From the moment we arrived, Rosario was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was just right for us, checking in at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. It’s clear that Rosario takes pride in his work—his positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. He helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, which made our visit feel special. Great food is always important, but great service makes all the difference, and Rosario truly delivered that. A big thank you to him for making our visit so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back!
