Order;
1) Regular beef pepperoni, 'italian' tomato sauce
2) Cheese garlic bread (with marinara sauce?)
3) 2 cans of soft drink
The food is where the disappointment sets in, the pizza has a good quality cheese and beef pepperoni. But, the size is rather a small portion, for one person should be quite full, maybe not so much for 2 people. The sauce or the dough has this very odd aftertaste like alcohol or fermentation. It definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth and definitely gave us a headache and feel slightly dizzy afterwards. The pizza is definitely baked in a stone oven but ours was slightly burnt so it could be the really horrible burnt taste. The horrible aftertaste was the worst hit.
The cheese garlic bread, was extremely disappointing. Extremely dry, bland just barely a hint of cheese or garlic or anything. No marinara sauce. It seemed like it was just thrown into the box. It was also very cold.
The canned drinks arrived warm. Welp, if you like a warm coke, be my guest. I don't blame them as much but it just seemed like it came from a carton, which for delivery is fine in the end.
Conclusion;
2 stars for the service. Maybe they were having a bad day, but for the price, we really expected something delicious but they failed to deliver a memorable meal.
