Spent over $120 on a family dinner. The ingredients tasted old and/or burnt. The spaghetti sauce was like it had been simmering all day, so it had a burnt taste to it and was a thick paste. 3 different pizzas and they were sub-par freshness of the ingredients; not to mention the crust was like rubber. A few people in the group had the all you can eat salad bar; however, they only got one serving as the staff broke down the salad bar at 645 pm despite the fact they are open until 8pm. It also doesn't make for a comfortable atmosphere when the staff are putting chairs up, mopping and cleaning the bathrooms at 7pm. It's great trying to eat with all the cleaning chemical smells. Hi Chad, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our restaurant. It’s disappointing to learn that the quality of our ingredients and the timing of our staff's cleaning activities did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide fresh and delicious meals, and it seems we fell short during your visit. Your comments about the salad bar and the cleaning schedule are valid, and we will address these issues with our team to ensure improvements are made. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, The Pizza Factory Team

I’ve had Pizza Factory before, it’s good and fine but I wouldn’t say it’s THE BEST. I took my family there for pizza and had a good experience to start, but after 1 hour and 35 minutes of no pizza, seeing people get their food who arrived after us, we asked for a refund and left. They gave us a coupon to come back but might not. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
