Delivery driver was great, girl who answered the phone had great customer service! The manager however was rude. We had an issue with our pizzas and decided to call in about the issues, which is not something we typically do. He assumed we ordered through a 3rd party site, and was condescending and rude. I tried several times to explain I ordered directly through their website, and after a few minutes of his rudeness he finally said he found our order, that there were 2 for our street that night and one was a 3rd party order. He offered to send a new pizza or a credit for the future and I asked for a refund based on his rudeness. He claims to have voided the transaction, but we haven’t seen that yet. I also asked to confirm his name (Ryan) and then he tried to say his name was Eric. I asked if this was a typical example of his service and the quality of the food, and he hung up on me. I’m embarrassed to admit he made my pregnant self cry, but that’s really how rude he was to me tonight. I’ve already emailed corporate, but wanted to leave a review here as well. Approach Ryan with caution when they’re busy and only have 2 drivers on…he will be rude AF.

Hi ordered a pizza tonight for my family normally used to be really hard and dry .,, tonight was Bang on 5 star and Brandon made sure of that and the owner hes a standup guy that guy.
