Es hora de probar unos helados atrayentes. Laspizza margarita y margaritas de este restaurante no son muy del agrado de sus usuarios. La mayoría de clientes mencionan que en este establecimiento el personal esta bien valorado. Su cuestionable servicio es lo que muchos de sus comensales afirman que caracteriza a Pizza Gelato. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Food was very disappointing, especially for Rome. The pizza lacked flavour and tasted like cafeteria pizza. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality pizza, don’t be fooled by the menu or location. The service was unorganized. We were in a rush, but it took far too long just to order and receive our food. Our server kept walking away in the middle of taking our order and had to come back multiple times to ask us what we had ordered again. Even though we clearly told them we were one group, they still split our orders and bills separately, making everything even more confusing. The food was overpriced for the quality we received. We were also charged a 10% service fee for asking for a knife to cut our pizza, and then the server still persistently asked for an additional tip. The prices were unreasonable for what was served. Most pizzas were around €14, with some costing even more. Drinks were just as overpriced, €6 for an orange juice and €3.5 for bottled water. Paying those prices would be understandable if the food and service were exceptional, but neither came close to justifying the cost. Overall, poor food, disorganized service, long wait times despite being in a hurry, and prices that simply aren’t justified. DO NOT GO HERE. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Do not eat at this establishment. First of all, the server kept leaving in the middle of taking our groups order for no reason. Also, the food kept coming out one at a time for each person, so everyone was just watching each other eat while waiting for their food. We were in a rush but it took insanely long for the last person to get their food (and the last dish was a salad). Second, the Margherita Pizza was absolutely not a margherita pizza. It was just a cheese pizza; it didn't even use chunks of mozzarella, and it didn't have basil. ON TOP OF THAT the server added a mandatory 10% tip just because we asked for a knife for cutting our pizza??? The food was mediocre, the pizza crusts were extremely hard and brittle, the prosciutto was too thick, and some of the dishes literally were just 2 ingredients. Heed my warning, DO NOT come to this restaurant.

I didn't feel like cooking tonight And I ordered three pizzas from Pizza Gelato..... Arrived on time, hot, delicious and cooked just right, really good. Thank you
