I called the Pizza Hut in Angleton to place an order, and the employee who answered, Paula, had a rude tone from the start. I was trying to ask about ordering a buffalo sandwich, but the way she responded made me feel like I was bothering her. I tried asking about ordering something else instead, and the tone did not improve. At that point, I asked for her name, ended the call, and decided to order from Domino’s instead. I understand people can have busy or stressful shifts, but customer service still matters, especially when someone is simply trying to place an order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
