Terrible customer service. Whatever lady was working the counter today was a miserable person. No menus shown, and when asking a question for clarification she responded sarcastically. I am absolutely never returning.

We ordered a pepperoni sausage and mushrooms on the whole pizza , with green peps and onions on half . My mother repeated the order three times over the phone to the girl , and confirmed what she wanted . We get a pizza with pepperoni and sausage only . But Charged for the other toppings , we refuse and the manager won't do anything for us accept take the pizza back admitting no fault , that we "got what we ordered" . My mother calls back and speaks with the girl that took the order and she admits no fault , says that it is "loud there with an oven not working and that she is underage" (young) . Then they hang up on my mother who is being more than respectful speaking quietly for what had occurred. Now my father is going to work hungry . This location's management is a joke don't order from here unless you're a gambling individual..

I got the worst customer service from this store . The guy I talked to said he's the store manager but denied to give me his name. I called at 11:07 AM Sunday March 7. The store address is 7801 US-11, Cicero, NY 13039. He was so rude although it was his mistake cancelling the wrong order. I told him the address I want to cancel the delivery but he rudely said "I asked for your name, not your address" then ended cancelled the order at the correct address. I love the food from Pizza Hut but will never order from this store again.
