I had a party and needed a lager order, I called this location and the General Manager Melissa was happy to help me, her and her staff was friendly and very accommodating in what I need. I left a 20% tip and paid a $5 delivery fee only for you to tell me after I placed the order that you use door dash. Now, the door dash driver was great and got my food to me quickly and in order but neither the almost $10 tip I left on my card OR the delivery fee went to him. That's incredibly grimy, you stole from me and the driver, and this is the first and last time I will be ordering from you all. 5/31/26 Edit - Your response is generic BS. Either refund my tip or send proof it got to the delivery driver. Anything less means you're still stealing from me. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked in today for the 6.99 box with a personal pizza and boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce. The pizza was cooked so hard it was like a cracker with raw pepperoni with no sauce. The 3 little hard wings were cooked beyond recognition. They were like rocks put in a shallow tray with sauce poured over the top. The tray had no sides, and was thin cardboard, so all the sauce was in the bottom of the box..dry hard wings. I am done trying to give Pizza Hut another chance. They just can't get it together. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
