After calling for pizza the girl said they were running out of ingredients so she let me speak to a manager to verify they could fix my order and he assured me they could...(3 LG pizzas) he said they were out of hand tossed crust that I'd have to pay 1.00 for each to get pan crust...I agreed..so after going to taco bell for my other kids I get to pizza hut and the guy tells me he tried calling me and when I showed my call log he said he must have entered my # wrong..waiting 20 min he then told me they were completely out of crust, that he had 4 orders before mine...all after assuring me he had plenty for my order...so...my kids wanting pizza I make a trip to.lil teasers and got exactly what I wanted and cheaper!! Not even an apology from pizza hut...and soggy tacos from having to order another pizza...yall suck Meal type: Dinner Price per person: USD 10–20 Service: 1

Ordered a pizza at 6:10 p.m. was supposed to be ready at 6:31 p.m. (per the app) - arrived at the store at 6:30 p.m. Go in to pay and the order wasn’t ready, nor had it even been started. After waiting almost 40 minutes - finally received our 3 pizzas. A simple request was made for a discount to added for waiting SO LONG. Was that request granted? Nope. Only met with attitude, like somehow the order not being processed was our fault. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
