Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered from this location (4th Street, Renton) and after being told someone would be out in 2 minutes, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes while the employee ignored me to keep working on pizzas. When the other staff member finally came out, instead of apologizing, she yelled at me and literally threw the order at me. To make matters worse, when I checked the food, one of the items was completely wrong. The Staff behavior here is hostile, rude, and completely unacceptable. Between throwing food, messing up orders, and hanging up on paying customers, this store has serious quality and safety issues. Avoid this location at all costs. Management needs to address this staff behavior immediately. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never order their "Tavern Style" pizza. Like eating toppings on a piece of drywall. Imagine a slice of cardboard with some cheese and tomato sauce on it. Dry like the Sahara. No stars! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

5 different couriers were sent to this place to pick up my order! The store members gave the order to the wrong person! Order ended up having to be cancelled! Lady from Pizza Hut didn’t give a crap and even cut the phone off when I was enquiring where the order is! Service: 1
