One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The quality and flavor were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t much better—I had to call out several times before being acknowledged, despite the staff clearly seeing me. Overall, a very poor experience and not a place I would return to. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Staff looks upset and angry. When asked to give is forks and spoons, they said we don't have any. Couple of saudis on another table asked for tomota catch-up and they said u guys already used one. Pizza Hutt company needs to give their staff training about how to deal with customers. At least put a smile on their face even if they don't like this job. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 100–120 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
