This is an overview of my experience with Pizza Hut. I remember about 20-25 years ago that there was no delivery fees and there is now but the problem with that is to my knowledge Pizza Hut never had any company vehicles for their drivers in which they would have to use their own vehicle for the delivery that's why in my opinion of no delivery fee because the driver uses their own vehicle. (Someone might say, "the reason why they started to charge a delivery fee is because the person that ordered is taking the employee away from the store" in which is true but in my opinion "is it what they were hired to do?") Also, I remember about 10 years ago when prices were low, I did exploring on it without actually ordering and was confused with a particular price. What was confusing on creating your own pizza when they have the price for it, I called them about it and they told me that the price was based on a one topping pizza. Example: when the price was about $12 for it back then and said to myself "create your own pizza for 12, great" but that was not the case. It turned out to be $18-20 for 3-4 toppings instead of the $12 price as stated to create your own pizza on their website; that's when they told me that the price is for a one topping pizza and any additional toppings cost extra which it's a hidden fee since it's not stated when a person creating their pizza.
