I called into this location after the delivery driver called and then didn't deliver the pizzas, the "manager" informed me (1) that is their policy on all deliveries to have the driver call before they attempt to deliver and if you don't answer they don't deliver (2) that because of this policy they won't even knock on a for if you don't answer (3) never to order pizzas from Pizza Hut again. He then hung up on me. I called the location back and after the phone rang about 15 times went to the automated selection system and he answered again, I asked for the owners information only to be told that the owner wouldn't appreciate me calling him. I then asked him what his name was, (he lies to me again) and claims his name is Jon. I asked again for the owners name or another manager due to him not acting like a manager. He then told me that there was nothing else for him to help me with, I said well you can get me my pizzas... The pizzas arrived cold and dried out. I guess I'll just have to order pizza from Pizza Guys from now on, at least their manager knows how to be a manager and treat the customer right.

Had the worst experience at the Alcosta Blvd Pizza Hut today. Placed an online order for a pizza and received the notification that it was ready. When we went to pick it up, the manager said that the order did not go through. He refused to look at the confirmation email and haggled for around 30 minutes. He was rude too. Finally another employee came to rescue and found that the order was placed and gave it to us. The manager's Mo, was extremely disrespectful. He even threatened that the next time he saw our order he would just trash it.

Awful service. They are beyond unresponsive and were over an hour late with our food. When they finally did arrive my husband had already left to see if he could do take out instead. The store was wide open and no one was inside. The driver told me (he was quite nice really) that they are looking to hire if we know anyone because they are so badly understaffed. Not worth it. Go in person if you have to have pizza hut otherwise seriously go somewhere else. Oh and they frequently run out of things (even ones they are running promotions on - very strange).
