I was not satisfied with the pizza at Pizza Hut for a very long time. So much had changed about their pizza. I went yesterday for the first time in over a year and I am so glad I did. The pizza was delicious. I just hope that the next pizza will be just as good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I am extremely impressed with Allison, the general manager. I had an issue with my pizza and she resolved it super fast. She took care of me and I appreciate it. The pizza is great too! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My brother ordered pizza, a melt, cheese sticks and fries from here for my him and me. I arrived at the store when the app told me the order would be ready and used the drive thru and the employee told me it would be five more minutes and I was happy to wait five more minutes. Five minutes came and went and I was not made aware that it was going to be longer than that. When the car behind me in line got their pizza before me with no issue I assumed that my order would be next. A second employee came to the window and asked if I had been helped and when I said yes and told this employee the name for my order the first employee that I talked to yelled “her order is.” And then they shut the window before I could ask for a time frame.I sat in the drive thru for an additional 20 minutes and the next car behind me got their order and they drove off. I then had to drive around and park and when I came into the lobby a third employee asked me if I needed help when I told him I had been waiting for at least 30 minutes past my pick up time when an employee in the back told me it was almost ready. I waited an additional 5 minutes and the order was finally ready after 35 minutes of waiting after the original pick up time. I was not offered any explanation just a “here’s your order have a good night” and they walked away before I could ask for a refund or anything. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Danielle, I'm truly sorry your pickup experience was frustrating, the long wait, poor communication, and feeling brushed off is unacceptable.
