I do not recommend this store . They charged me for an order I didn't receive.and never answered my calls. Because the Uber driver did not come when app said he was on the way. So it wasn't my fault, and I still lost my money. And they still got tipped . Unprofessional. Irresponsible Service: 1

Since the most Recent Remodel, Pizza Hut in Springhill has lost all of its character. The staff there has been nice, The food is typical Pizza hut. They sauce the wings good, but lack on topping quantity on pizza's ESPECIALLY sauce. A extremely thin layer of sauce (even if it is for cost savings) is just unacceptable. Charge $1 more for the pizza and have it not be a dry mess. I miss the days when Pizza Hut was the SPOT to bring the fam and have an UNFORGETABLE Dine-in experience. Not the case anymore. Hell, The soda fountain doesn't even work, and hasn't for quite some time. the Owner of this particular Franchise Location should be ashamed. You are tearing down your fine employees by having such a Soleless, Heartless, Bland, and somehow Run down location. -even though the Remodel was only a few years ago. Please, For the sake of the experience for long time returning customers, Such as myself. DO BETTER. Been eating here since 1999 Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
