Pizza Junction está muy cerca de Manuel Roxas Ancestral House. La pizza de este restaurante no es muy del agrado de sus clientes. La mayoría de críticos suponen que en este establecimiento el personal es recomendable. Sus visitantes te advierten de que es un pena pagar dinero por su bien valorado servicio. Ven aquí si buscas una hogareña atmósfera. Pero la mayoría de los usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a Pizza Junction una nota muy alta.

Spent more than an hour dining here and appreciated the unhurried, classic diner ambiance—peaceful and a refreshing change from fast food. And that lomi was really tasty. Happy birthday to me! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Never dine here!!! Not only is the customer service horrible, but it goes way beyond poor customer service... The people who own and operate this place are thieves. My wife and I visited this place for lunch. My wife ordered something from their open food bar, and I ordered their pepperoni & bacon pan pizza. After paying for our food we sat down at a table and my wife waited to eat her food until they brought over my pizza. After waiting for quite sometime they finally bring over my pizza. However, instead of the pepperoni and bacon pan pizza that I ordered, they served me a supreme thin crust pizza with everything on it. After immediately informing them that this wasn't what we ordered, the lady in charge argued with us that it was what we ordered, and pointed to the scribbled writing of what the staff member who took our order wrote down. We told her that it's not our fault that thier employee wrote down the wrong order. She then told me that they could make the correct pizza for me, but it would take another 30 minutes, and I would have to pay an extra 120 pesos. Against my better judgement, I paid them the extra 120 pesos (paying them for their mistake and my inconvenience). Because of this, My wife had to eat her food before my food came so it wouldn't get cold. After nearly 30 minutes and after my wife finished her lunch, they brought out another pizza to me. Once again, however, it was the wrong pizza. This time it was a pan pizza, but once again it was a supreme (everything on it) pizza instead of the pepperoni and bacon pizza that I ordered. At this point, we had already missed our appointment we had scheduled for after lunch, and now I am upset. I informed the staff that they served me the wrong pizza again, and now I just want my money back for the pizza so we can leave. The lady did not want to refund my money, insisting that I should be happy with whatever pizza they serve me. The lady eventually agreed to refund me back my money for the pizza, but she kept harassing my wife... Giving her a sob story about not having enough money. Basically, she was leading my wife to believe that she was the owner of the place, and her restaurant didn't earn enough money to makeup for their mistake. After I received my refund and walked out of the restaurant, my wife felt sorry for the lady and agreed to pay her another 420 pesos through Gcash if they would make the correct pizza and deliver it to our house. They agreed, my wife paid through Gcash, and we left. Needless to say, the pizza never arrived at our house that day. The next morning I went back to the restaurant to get yet another refund. When I arrived, I demanded my 420 pesos back, plus the 110 pesos it cost me in transportation fees to get there. While they kept stalling to pay me, the lady who we dealt with the day before, kept asking me personal questions about my wife... "where is she... Where does she work... what is the name of the company she works for?" I told her it's none of her business, and to just refund me what she owes me so I can leave. Though they refused at first to pay me what they owed me, they finally agreed to once I threatened to go to the authorities and seek legal action. Stay clear from these thieves!!!
