When I got here the floor was a mess and dirty and we ordered pizza and it arrived cold and not fresh like it was just sitting out and they decided to give it to the customers thinking I would be fine but It was not me and my dad lost our appetites. The Austin pizza ranch is way better with more clean floors and better service Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Hi Joshua, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the condition of the floor and the cold pizza during your visit. We strive to provide a clean environment and fresh food, and I apologize for falling short. Please feel free to call us and speak with a manager. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
