Got around to trying Lake County's lone PR location this past January and was a pleasant first experience. In fact this is the first time ever at a location, period. I'm aware that WI has a few locations but never seen or heard of any location in IL till we saw it on the way to wandering around Meijer. And for once it's not Gurnee or Vernon Hills this time that get's the location, it's Round Lake Beach! The price per person for the buffet seems reasonable though the buffet may seem relatively limited for some out there. The pizza is not bad at all but it's the chicken that stands out. With the arcade which provides great fun for kids, Pizza Ranch is most definitely a great place for kids' birthday parties with a spacious dining area which is kept very clean. I formerly lived in RL from May '89- Nov '02 but have been living out in Beach Park for over 20 years now. We'll definitely stop back in if ever in the area again. Hope this place stays and wish for decades to come of boomin' business for the owner(s). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Thank you for sharing your delightful experience at our Round Lake Beach location! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the buffet, especially the chicken, and found our arcade to be a fun spot for kids. We look forward to welcoming you back whenever you're in the area and appreciate your kind wishes for our continued success!

Ordered a sweet swine specialty pizza for carry out, but subbed out the original marinara sauce for bbq sauce. We've done this before and there was hardly any sauce on it. So this time we paid extra for "Extra sauce" most of the pizza had NO sauce on it at all, just cheese and the meat and pineapple directly on the crust, with a small dollop of bbq sauce here and there. Why did I pay for extra sauce and got no sauce???? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
