IMHO, Pizza Rita is the best pizza in Spokane. Prices are reasonable, especially if you do carry out (I know, I'm old school). Customer service is 2nd to none. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It's too difficult for employees to add a topping to items - citing It's store policy and he doesn't make the rules. The web based app does not allow for you to make these changes with what looks to be a decades old ordering service. Nice to see they don't want to help over the phone as well. The food is good but it isn't this good. Order cancelled. Food: 4 Service: 1

I thought I would give Pizza Rita on Wall St a try after many years of not having it. It was my sister's favorite and would have it all the time. I ordered on-line, but found it tedious. I should of just old schooled and called. I knew they were good as there were about 5 delivery cars sitting in the lot (I guess they should of been on the road.. lol). When I walked in I noticed three computer screens with employees on the phone (again I should of called in). The young man at the counter was so friendly and found the employees super happy to be there and they were just pumping out the pizzas !! Another bonus... I got 2 free sodas with my medium pizzas !!! yaaa.. We got the medium Ritas Real pizza. The pizza was layered beautifully and with the good stuff. It was not greasy, but tasted wonderfully. No wonder my sister loved their pizzas so much. I thought the price was very reasonable for the taste and quality. Where I live on the west side, it would be $10 more. Happy pizza guy!!
