A current rating of 4.9 on Google and 5 on Lieferando made me sit up and take notice and right away, yes, it was tasty and good and, as the man behind the counter never tired of saying, handmade from fresh ingredients. But one after anonther. At the end of a concrete corridor below the apartment building lives Pizza Roma, probably also ice cream, but that is not so clearly visible. There is no restaurant, more of an empty ice cream parlor with a counter, so pick-up or delivery is preferred. The man at the counter was very nice, but the wooden pallets nailed together, which are way too close together, are not suitable for lingering. We waited a good thirty minutes for three pizzas and a pasta dish, which is okay if you order. This is what you get here: pizza, pasta, salad and a 1 liter cold drink to take away from 30 euros. The pizzas and pasta tasted very good. My son didn't complain, which is unusual. Prices are okay, I would say. Why only 4 stars? Let's ignore the ambience of the delivery service and the scary-to-read menu, then what remains is the taste and the selection. I don't mind focusing on pizza and pasta if it tastes good. Maybe I'm just missing the unusual, the USP. The pizza was really good, but was it that different from other delivery services? I struggled with myself. I think there is room for improvement when it comes to special things and if there were 4.5 stars, I would give them. I think I'll come back again and, if it's right, I'll be convinced by more. Today there are only 4 stars in total, but they are happy and from the heart.
