Reservation for a group of 7 adults for New Year's Eve: Disappointment all the way: When we arrived, the table was ready but they had crowded us around 2 small tables and it was quite a hassle to get a table added so that we could be comfortable... but they finally did it... Firstly I must say that we are not difficult customers and we are always polite and smiling but I will NEVER return to this restaurant and do not recommend it: Then we had to wait at least 1 hour and ask 4 times to get our aperitifs. Our server “Zatya” was the WORST server ever: no smile, error in orders, several errors and so on. Our platter of cold meats and cheeses was delicious but then the shrimp cocktail was correct, the little lamb skewers were fatty, the trio of bruschettas were big "anything", the parpadelle ragû very ordinary and tasteless, the risotto we won’t even talk about it. For the wine, they don't have a cellar so we had a hot bottle of Amarone for $125...and which we received once our meal was served...on our 3rd request... Too bad because there was a musician/DJ who was really good and knew how to set the mood. Thanks to Ruth (possibly the restaurant manager) for asking our server several times to come see us and for correcting the errors on the invoices. We therefore decided to leave the place to go celebrate elsewhere for the countdown for all the reasons mentioned above. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
