Customer service is so terrible here. Food didnt taste good. They didnt give silver wear food the food even when i ask. I cocktail sauce for 30 shrimp..yet gave me 6 packets of tarter sauce for two pieces of fish. 2 packets of ketchup for a family size fries. When calling to let them know. I was rudely talked to then hung up on..i was told that was nothin no big deal. Well if its not why not put it in the bag the first time!... i will never eat here again...they dont even deserve the stars they have 1 if that!

Food was not of good quality. Chicken was not done and had no flavor. The fish had an old, not fresh, taste. Besides that, service was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes to get a single order. I will not be returning to Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken.
